We start by understanding how the house will be used.

Using the floor plan and a conversation with the owner, we agree the electrical points, lighting, data network, security systems and automation. Every cable then has a defined route before the walls are closed.

We join the project while all installations can still be routed correctly. This service does not include isolated repairs or minor alterations in occupied homes.

What should be agreed before installation begins?

You do not need a finished design for every system. A floor plan and a conversation are enough to organise the initial scope.

When is the best time to contact you?

Ideally before plastering and before the cable routes are closed. The earlier we can review the floor plan, the easier it is to coordinate electrical, LAN, alarm, CCTV and automation systems.

Is a floor plan enough to prepare a quotation?

It is enough to start the conversation and assess the initial scope. For a detailed quotation we also need the location, construction stage and the systems you want included.

Can you deliver electrical, LAN, alarm and CCTV together?

Yes. The main advantage of this service is that one contractor delivers all installations as one coordinated package.

Can you help plan Wi‑Fi coverage?

Yes. We use the floor plan to position cabling for access points and select a central location for network equipment. Final coverage also depends on the building structure and selected devices.

Can you prepare the wiring for future home automation?

Yes. We can provide additional cables, conduits and distribution-board space even when some devices will be installed later.

Do you undertake individual repairs in occupied homes?

Not as part of this service. We focus on complete installations in new-build properties at the appropriate stage of construction.
